Refuelling does not always follow the plan particularly in regions where access and procedures can change from one port to another.

A captain operating in Croatia called early in the afternoon. Slots were gone, fuel was no longer available, and no viable option remained locally. The situation was already creating pressure on the schedule.

Within hours, an alternative took shape. By mid-afternoon, refuelling was confirmed the same evening in Albania, where access was smoother and pricing more favourable. The route changed but the timing was preserved.
